Name incorrectly spellt

Hi,

My name has been misspelled on my profile and the platform doesn’t allow me to correct it.

I have followed the steps given in the FAQ “Change your profile name”, but when clicking in “Contact Info”, as indicated to do, it doesn’t give access to modify it!

The correct spelling of my name is “Macarena”, not “MacArena”.

Please change my profile name to “Macarena”.

Hi Macarena,

You would need to do this from your end by going to Settings > Contact Info > and updating your name.
Are you receiving any errors when you`re trying to access your settings? If yes, please share the text or a screenshot from your end? Thank you.

Hi again,

thank you for your quick response. I am attaching you two files:

1. Shows when I click the item "Contact Info"
2. Shows where it directs me once I have clicked "Contact Info" ( It
directs me to the "Password and Security" section, where I can't modify my
name.)
