There is not one size fits all. However, try to be as succinct as possible and provide examples how you can help. Always refer to what the client is looking for. For example, if you are a market researcher mention a few past projects or your work process and the fact you are eager to transfer the lever of success to the new client.

You can't check proposals sent by other freelancers.

I can't see your profile, but keep in mind a good proposal is useless if the profile is not good.

Look at the Academy class to make sure you got a great profile, then a good proposal will have more impact.
