Not able to get my 80 free connects

I have got 80 free connects from Upwork but when I am claiming it is written that you are not eligible for them.
Please resolve and also tell me in how much time I can use them.

Did you answer the question in the email? I checked, and it was a survey and you will need to answer it to claim the free Connects.

I have already replied that "Yes" but still it is not claiming my connects
that is why I contacted customer support.
