Hi! I submitted a project but that person has not paid me yet, it's more than 10 days. He asked me to give my Account no. I provided that, but then he asked me to first pay VAT, about which I wasn't told earlier, and according to me, it shouldn't be paid by a freelancer before receiving his payment. How can I receive my payment from him?
