The client sent a payment receipt 6 to 7 days before, But, Still not received any payment on my account.
Anyone Can help me on this?

Maybe a silly question but have you actually innitiated the payment process at UpWork? Is this for an hourly job or a milestone based job? Are the funds marked as available in your report? Have you requested the transfer?
Since this also appears to be your first job, have you been verified and has your payment method been verified?
