Dear upwork team;
I have some questions regarding the payment of my freelancers that I hope to hire soon. Can I also overcharge a fixed amount to the people so per design I pay them the salary ? Does it make a difference in the fees if I pay them weekly or monthly ? Can I also transfer money monthly to Upwork via Sepa or does this have to be done via credit card ?

Hi Manuel,

You can set up the Recurring Weekly Payment if that suits your project. Client Payment Processing Fees are the same regardless of the contract type you choose.
