Are these documents legit or they are tring to deceive me?

You seem to be communicating outside Upwork, which is a violations of the Terms of Service. No real client will ask you to send money. Sharing contact details and planning to accept payments outside Upwork are also violations.

Please review the Academy courses at the top menu to learn how to use Upwork appropriately and avoid being scammed before accepting offers or send proposals.

Also, you need to be 18 to work on Upwork.  Are you?  And your name must be a real name.  Best you read the Academy course like Sophie said before you get banned.
