I'm new to Upworthy. In early Decmember, I signed on to have someone do social-media management for me. The contract stated she would create content for me, among other things. (I have long-form videos on YouTube; I want her to edit them down to short-form videos I can upload to TikTok and other social media.) I gave her links to all my original long-form video content. Nearly a month later, she hasn't started yet. Her fee is "in escrow." She asked me again for my videos today, as if I had never sent them to her. What should I do?
