Hi there
I'm having difficulty completeing profile for approval process.
When I go to phone verification, I'm prompted with 0044 prefix by system, and I cannot change this. My prefix is 00353. How can this be fixed please

Hi there
Thanks for coming back to me on this.
We are multi location, working out of Ireland, UK, Serbia and Montenegro
mainly.
I may have set UK as location, and this is why prefix is 0044. However,
my phone is Irish registered device, maybe we need to set location as
"Ireland" ?

Whereever you actually live, that is where your profile needs to be set to.
There is no such thing as "we are..." Your freelancer profile is your individual profile, not a company profile.
It's your location, not that of your phone 😉

Thank you for the response. My location is Ireland. I may have set UK incorrectly, which is auto prompting UK prefix 0044 when I try to get phone verification. I don;t know how to re-set location so to get correct prefix, +353 for Ireland
