Hello fellow Upworkers!
I'd like to report a client I've been dealing with in the past few days. I've done free work for him as a test, he requested me to fill out a form with my info, to work outside of Upwork and pay directly to card. I've also been contacted on Facebook by him. I've reported a job posting but I would like to report the client directly so they can review our chat and files, if that is an option.
Thank you!

Why did your work for free? Did you fill out the form and give him the information that he asked for?
You can either just flag the job, open a CS ticket or PM one of the mods to report.

I've done a free test job, unfortunately, because I thought the client would turn out legit. I didn't give out any information, although they contacted me on facebook, which concerns me. After I told him we can work strictly through the Upwork platform, he vanished.
I reported the job posting and it's been removed by the Upwork team. But I'd like to report the client too so they can remove him. How do I do that?

Admira B, I know as a Freelancer, I know how it feels, but dont give up hope at all there are excellent clients who are searching for deicated freelancers like you for ex, One of my other clients, just ended the contract without my consent, and also filed a dispute, for no apparent reason. I learned lot of things from there at first, He told me that all of the information that I was getting skiptraced was correct which is actually correct, but He wanted me to do the impossible as possible to finish 1000 leads in one week which Skip-Tracing is not a data-entry type of work but advanced tenchiues used to gather prospects correct lead info, even after his false feedback that He gave, I just got hired by another client today, I didnt give up hope just because I faced a bad client that doesnt mean everyone will be like that. I just felt sad by seeing this post because this thing happened to me many times.
