Reset my security

Hi, I signed up upwork using my google account and then also set a security question. But now I don't remember the security answer since it was created long time ago. And when I try to reset my security it's asking me upwork password which I don't know because I set it up using my google account.

Ensure you can access your email address associated with the Upwork profile. Send a reset request to your email address. Update the login password.
