Security Period

I'd like to know for how long the security period lasts. Did work for a client, billed, and it's been almost 10 days with no avail, since pending. Help!

Hi Bonifacius,

Hourly payments are in the security period from the time the client review ends on Friday to when the funds are released on Wednesday. While payments for fixed-price milestones (and bonuses) have a 5-day security period from the time payment is made to funds availability.
