The efficiency is very low in jobs

I've bided to tons of jobs to get the first job. 

Of course, it related to my skills. 

but in most jobs, there was no interview so far.

Even clients who has good jobs did not take place interview. 

I hope to know the efficiency of this site.

Like everything else, it is tough at the start. I had to submit lots of proposals when I started at upwork six years ago. You should learn to create the perfect proposal that catches the eye of the client. Be a professional! Be creative and innovative! Try out new ideas.
