The system is not letting me file my W-8ben.

On May 27, 2020, I informed this platform that I had to file a W-8ben but now when I try to add it, the system does not allow me to do it. Can someone please help me?

Hi Yohana,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that you should file a W9 form, not the W-8BEN. Please go to Settings > Tax Information and complete the W9 form. You can also check this help article for more information on this.
