Unable to upload a profile picture

Hi I am new in Upwork in fact I am in the process of setting up my account.
I am currently stuck on the process of uploading a profile pic. Troubleshooting steps done so far:
-Cleared cache
-Used a different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)

-Made sure profile pic is below 5mb file size

-Size: between 250x250 pixel to 4000x4000 pixel

-in JPEG format

Still a no go.  Need help.
