Upwork Skill Tests | Where to find?

Hi,

I am new to upwork. I came to know about skill tests on upwork to strengthen your profile. I already taken Upowork's readiness test which i passed on second attempt.

I want to know if there are other tests available like SEO, English, Wordpress, etc ?
