Various question

Hi Upwork Team,

These things always revolve in my head. Please clear me a little and I will be forever grateful to you.Heart

1. If I bid twice a day and don't get a job, my account may be suspended?

2. Will my JSS be reduced if I terminate a contract on my own?

3. Many clients have a hire rate below 60%, but they do not hire anyone. My question is if the client's hire rate should be bid?

4. What should I do if the client wants to contact me about the project via Skype or any other means after starting the contract?

Hi Arfat,

1. You don't get suspended if you have submitted proposals and do not win jobs. You may want to check this help article for more information about Freelancer Violations and Account Holds

2. Ending your the contract yourself, doesn't have any direct impact on your JSS. However, if the client submits a negative feedback, that is counted into your score. Here's the help article for more information

3. It is good to review the clients history to help you decide whether to submit a proposal or not. Submitting a proposal is up to you, but you may also want to check out helpful tips on how you can be successful as a freelancer on the resources here.

4. Please know that communication outside of Upwork before a contract is placed is a violation of Upwork TOS. I'd encourage you to review the announcement posted here to learn more
