What is my user name for logging into a support ticket?
User ID doesn't work, my name doesn't work, and my email address doesn't work.
It will sometimes take me right to the support ticket, but if it prompts for my user name and password, I can't get in.
I can't get to support tickets at all in Firefox, but sometimes can in Chrome.
