Why I did not get the client direct message bonus 5 connects?

Hi there,

I received 2 days ago a client's direct message and we are going to work together as soon as possible. But I did not get my bonus 5 connects yet. Please give me my reward. Nowadays, clients do not hire😒like before. So, 5 connects could be a chance to send 2 job proposals. Please help me as soon as possible.

It doesn't say connects, it says connections.

So, some clients can send direct messages to the freelancers, but it doesn't mean that some freelancers will get free connects for it.

You have to make connections with people yourself. Upwork does not make them for you.
