Why do I not get heired?

I mean I've broken my patience limit this is my 6-7th upwork account I opened new account everytime I ran out of the points. This might offend someone that I made many accounts. I'm sorry but I delete them after a week of spending the points. I want to get some tips from you guys, if possible.

Preston is correct. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms of Service. While I understand that you're frustrated that you have not seen the success you expected here on Upwork, I would like to confirm that freelancers are only allowed to create one account on Upwork.

Aakash, it's extremely difficult for beginners to acquire any work here; you're competing with experienced and talented people from all over the world. If you can't afford to purchase connects, don't know how to create a good profile and don't have good skills, then you should fix these issues before you bid on any more jobs (assuming that Upwork hasn't already permanently banned you for breaking the rules multiple times).
