I'm trying to hire a freelnacer, but the site is giving me a series of incomprehensible errors apparently relating to the phone number for the credit card I'd like to pay with. I hadn't realized there's no online chat or help. Does anyone have any ideas how to rectify this?
The form autofills the country code. I've tried using a dash in the phone number, but the same set of error messages appears.
I can't attach more than one screenshot, otherwise I'd show the phone number as entered. It's normally formtted.

Hi Mike,
Before you hire a freelancer, you'll need to provide some information about your company and payment method. You can do it by clicking the round picture in the upper right corner of your account and going to your Settings. There you can complete your Company information under My Info and add a credit card or PayPal account under Billing Methods.
Once you take those steps, you should be able to hire a freelancer.
