Will I be part of UpWork Talent Cloud

Hi, 

I'm new to Upwork, I just signed up a few days ago. I received an invitation from Upwork for Upwork skill certification. 

I want to ask If I pass the test will I be part of Upwork talent cloud and will I get invitations to jobs by Upwork talent specialists.

Maybe my question is very basic or dumb but I'm new to Upwork and I'm confused about this please help.

The Upwork Skills Certification is not related to the Enterprise Talent Cloud. Upwork Skill Certifications indicate proficiency in one or more skills on your Upwork profile. Passing an Upwork Skill Certification offers the following benefits:

• An Upwork Skill Certification displayed on your freelancer profile to all clients
• Priority for invitations to submit proposals to jobs assisted by Talent Specialists
