I am trying to hire a job and entered my credit card information. I received the message that card was not verified but I could not figure it out what was the problem. So, I entered the information of another card and continued to receive the same message. Now, I noticed that there are fees being processed in both cards. I removed the second card as soon as I noticed the problem continued. Now, I wish to receive a refund for the fees in both cards.
The $10.00 (USD) verification charge will remain as pending while the card is being verified. The charges will be refunded to your credit card as soon as it is verified or after the 7th day from the date the card was added if verification is not completed, unless you have an outstanding balance on Upwork.
