whenever i send messages with a link. My potential clients dont get directed to the portfolio site instead they get a weird page. How do i fix that.

Hi Upwork Product Team,

Some links to external resources that are entered into Messages lead to 404 pages. Specifically, it seems that when a link contains an underscore, the Upwork messaging inserts a forward slace into the href attribute of the anchor tag, which breaks the URL.

For instance:

An upwork message containing the link: https://docs.google.com/documents/d/abcde_fghi/edit?usp=sharing

has an href attribute with the value: https://docs.google.com/documents/d/abcde/_fghi/edit?usp=sharing

The current workaround is not to click on the link, but rather copy/paste it into the address bar. (Coping/pasting the link address will result in the same 404 error).
