Cancel Membership

Hi, I'm getting a notification that my membership has been automatically renewed and I want to cancel it and get a refund because I don't need it for this month.

Dear sir

              I have been trying to cancel my subscription for last 1 month. Sorry to say but you guys have made it extremely difficult to cancel but buying premium is too easy. Now kindly cancel the subscription Immediately. Also have mailed you. App does not allow me to switch to basic as mentioned in your support forum.

Yes Please help, I purchased freelancer plus mistakenly cancelled within 5 minutes without utilising can any one help to refund it.

Hi Steven,

 

You have full control over your account and you downgrade from Freelancer Plus. Please follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Go to Settings  Memberships & Connects
  2. Select Change Plan
  3. Choose the Switch to Basic button on the Basic plan.
Let us know if you need further assistance; we'll gladly look into that for you.

My Freelancer Plus subscription has been automatically renewed and I am no longer using Upwork. I don't want the subscription and charges, but I can't cancel it. I need to request the cancellation and a refund.
