Cant submit a ticket

Hi there, I have been trying to contact a freelancer but I cant find the chat button, Plus I did all the requiments to allow me to start chatting with freelancer!!

I have been chatting the cathbot and im not ganna lie this bot is not helpful at all because Im asking to submit a ticket or speak with a real person and it just give me the same answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Muhannad,

To create a new conversation, choose the three-dot menu on the left navigation bar, select Start a new conversation, and add any Upwork users from your address book. I've checked your account and confirmed that you were able to send a message to a fellow freelancer.

Unfortunately there no such a thing start a new conversation, I really don't know why this is so complicated

Muhannad. this is the option Arjay is referring to. I want to clarify that you are only able to chat with other freelancers who are part of your team or agency.
