Client Fee After Invitation

Hey! 

I want to invite the client that works with me outside the Upwork.

I understand it as follows: 
- I send him the invitation, he accepts it and we start working
- as a bonus, I will not pay 10% of Upwork fee (and any other fees?)

But what about 5% Client Marketplace Fee and Contract Initiation Fees? Is that still paid by the client even if I invited him and this is his first time?

Yep, other marketplace fees will be applied.

Also check twice is 0% freelancer fee still actual. Rules changing frequently.
