Connects refund issues

Hi,

Yesterday, I received two interview invitations, but from my account was deducted three Boosted Profile invitation connections at the time. This morning, I received another interview invitation and lost two Boosted Profile invitation connections, even though the job posting was removed for a reason (flagged as inappropriate and removed by Upwork).

So, I need your support with two issues:

1. Resolve the double deduction of Boosted Profile invitation connections.
2. Clarify the connection return policy for flagged jobs used with Boosted Profiles.
