Copy of contract with Upwork

Hi, 

i live in Kazakhstan and receive payments to my LLC here. The currency control at my bank (Jusan Bank) asks for a copy of contract with Upwork.

Can I get a copy of such contract, so it includes both my name/my LLC and Upwork?
