Funds still not available in Payoneer after 12 days of withdrawal

Hi

I am facing issues regarding withdrawal to Payoneer. I made an withdrawal on Aug 14 and it's been 12 days since but funds are not available on Payoneer. Please guide me. 

I'll share transaction details I have in private after creating a ticket for this issue.
