This is by far the worst support Ive ever dealt with. Second, what the hell? I log in for the first time in a couple months and you all are charging me an additional **Edited for Community Guidelines**? 20% isnt enough already for providing no support. You are upwork and dont have basic support?!?!?! This is insane

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry if we weren't able to get back to you sooner. I have checked your account and I think you're referring to the Marketplace fee. The marketplace fee is 5% of all payments (for fixed-price and hourly jobs, Project Catalog projects, bonuses, and BYO contracts). For example, if your payment is $100, you’ll pay an additional $5 to Upwork. For each transaction, you’ll pay a flat 5% fee. We also offer a discounted fee of 3% for eligible clients in the U.S. who pay using their checking account (ACH).

I am an employer and can reach no one at Upwork for any help. I tried their Twitter even, nothing after 36 hours. I would give up, move on.
