How can I contact UpWork support?

I found "Submit a request" page, but there is no request form here =(.

Sergey, here’s how you can reach Upwork Support:

 
  1. Please visit Contact Support and click the ‘Chat with Upwork' button. If the option doesn't immediately appear, you can click on "Contact Support" at the top again.
  2. Type a question or topic and select ‘Send’. The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
  3. The chatbot will ask you to confirm if you need additional help. If you confirm that you need additional help, you will be asked to confirm the account type you need help with.
  4. From there, the support options available to you will be listed. Select either of the options to be able to contact the Upwork Support Team.

Actually I wanted to complain from one of the freelancer who work in upwork and now I really need your help...
A person by the name of **Edited for Community Guidelines** who works in upwork sent me a msg on messanger and said that I can design your shopify store and also I know the market strategies that skyrocket up your sale I will run ads for your store, So I believed and they asked me for $350 from me and said that with this money we will design your store and buy a theme for your store and also run ads for your store, and they said that we are very skilled in this work. And within a week, I will help you to get $3000 in sales. I accepted and trusted them because I knew that upwork website is a trusted website so I can believe them...and thought that they were telling truth, but no... Later, I realized that they designed my Shopify store with a free theme and they didn't run any ads. Later, they again asked me for $200, and said that I will buy an IP logo for your store. This will help your store grow up soon. I again accepted and paid. I don't think they bought an IP logo for my store. Later, they again asked me for $450 with trickery and deception and said that now we have to run ads on Facebook and TikTok . This is the last money we asked for. so I trusted them and accepted, they promised me that with this money we will do all the process and you will get a big sale but they didn't do anything and later again with trickery and deception,They asked me for $1000, and said that I forgot to tell you that API is needed for your store if your store doesn't have an API, it's impossible for you to have any sell. I thought that yeah they are right and they always sent me a different bank account and wanted me to pay to them I borrowed all this money from my friends and trusted them because I thought they were telling the truth, but not all of their words were lies later. Now I'm really in a bad condition I don’t know what to do they really did bad to me...And I didn't get any good result And again They told me that the price of API has increased and you have to pay another $500. I agreed again. They said give us 1 day to do our work, but they didn't do anything. Again, they asked me for $1000. They said that the API must be updated. After that time I felt that they defeated me and all their words are lies. So I told them that I will report you on upwork they replied that if you report us your account will be deleted by upwork Now I request the upwork team to help me and reply me soon as possible becouse now they are warning me that if you don't pay us, we will take your store and remove you from there I will send you all the proof that you need all the money that they gave from me I request you to help me and don't let my rights be trampled like this.I request the upwork team to take my money back from these people and fire them from upwork I have all the proof that show they are bad people and scamming people I have all the proof you want from them that shows they cheated on me If you don't fire them, tomorrow they will deceive other people like me.

I'm sorry to learn about this disappointing and unpleasant experience. Please be aware that any request for free work is not allowed on Upwork, and it is a violation of Upwork's Terms of Service. Also, a real client will never ask you to give them money to start working, cash a check for them, work for free, or provide your personal information.

 

It's also important to know that sharing contact information before a contract has started is against Upwork's Terms of Service and that all communications before the contract starts must take place on Upwork.

 

I see that one of the Trust & Safety team members has responded to your ticket with more information and instructions for initiating an investigation into your case. Feel free to coordinate, and they'll surely assist you accordingly.

 

In the meantime, we encourage you to let us know if you find anything suspicious has happened by using the Flag as Inappropriate option throughout the platform. You can learn more about user reporting here.

Hello Moderators,

I recently completed a successful job, and the client gave me a 5-star review. However, my client seems to have mistakenly done something with the private feedback, which caused a drop in my Job Success Score and led to the loss of my Top Rated badge. I asked my client about it, and he mentioned he couldn't identify what might have gone wrong, so he asked me to contact support to see if something can be done to restore my Job Success Score. And he is willing to sort this problem out. Can any of you help us with this?
