I cannot connect Upwork live support.

Hello. I am top rated plus frelancer. I can't reach customer service on UpWork. I have a problem with my account but I cannot connect live chat for support. So when I write my problem and select contact support option, only create ticket is recommended. Live support does not open at all. Please help me.

I had this issue, too.

One way you should be able to "Submit a Ticket" is to open the AI chat in the bottom right when on the support page, and attempt it to ask the AI your question(s) three times. It will finally give you the option to contact real people.

It's annoying upWork doesn't clearly provide an easier way to contact them, but this should work for you.

I think because Upwork doesnt have customer support at all time zones?
