ID Verification keep failed

Hi, i upwork support community. I  just create an account and get my first job . Then the notification for verify my id pop up but i already uploaded my National ID for twice  and it keeps fail and still trying to upload my pasport now . What if its keep fail, anyone can help me? Thanks.
