Hello,
I work with a freelancer on your platform. A payment request he made didn't come through since the credit card we had on the site was canceled, I have since updated the payment method to a new credit card and it shows everything should be working from my side but he still isn't able to request a payment. He says it shows the payment is on hold but I have nothing on hold from my side. It's been a while and he must be paid for his work! Why won't it go through and can you please assist ASAP?
