Hi team,
Over 15 days ago, I manually added my Microsoft Azure cloud certification (AZ-104) to my certification portion. The verification request Status shows "Solved" but it is still showing verification pending on my Upwork profile. Please find the attached files and link for reference and kindly resolve this issue of mine.

I am facing the same issue. I added my PL-300 certification 10 days ago, and the status is appearing as resolved in my request. However, in my profile, it says verfification pending and the certification is not appearing in my public view. I am attaching the request screenshot. Here is my certification link:

Same issue here, I added the link to my MS Certifcation transcript over a month ago and it still shows "Pending verification".

Hi,
I've been facing the same issue since 10 days. Certificate verification is still pending. Platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed added the certificate instantly. Why is it taking so long here? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible; it's very time-consuming.
