Hi I have a problem with my client that just arrived and is using upworks.
I am currently in the mediation process, but because I am late in mediating.
My client asked for a refund of all the money he had spent. and I agreed to that, after I did that, it turned out that my client asked for my money back. and he asked for monetary compensation. ( total refund x 2 )
Can I get input ?
because right now I'm getting suspended from upworks because returning the money in full doesn't provide a solution either.
