My Stats are not updated.

It's been more than a couple of days since my payments moved from 'In Review' to 'Pending'. My earnings are not updated in My Stats and I am about to receive a top-rated badge once I reach the $1000 mark. Do the payments show up in the stats once I've received them in my account? I think it's better to resolve the problem beforehand (if there is any).

Hi Gurmehakdeep,

Yes, the 12-month earnings on My Stats reflects your earnings before Upwork fees, including bonuses and refunds. It does not include transactions that are “pending” or “in review” and transactions from agency contracts. Your 12-month earnings must be at least $1,000 to qualify for Top Rated. The Top Rated badge will be automatically assigned to your profile within 24-48 hours after you meet all requirements mentioned here.
