Dear Upwork,

I am facing the same issue while trying to submit a proposal:

"To submit a proposal, update your address"

 But, I have already updated my location and tax residence address. Kindly help resolve it. Its been weeks this issue is not been resolved and i have asked on the help line but no result. Please resolve it,

Hi Ali,

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that your address is not complete. Could you please add a full address on your Settings page and try to apply for a job again? Feel free to message us if the problem persists.
