It has been nearly three months since I've been actively using my account, bidding daily, completing jobs, but I have not received any badges or a job success score yet.

Hello Brother , i suggest you add you focus on getting positive feedbacks from clients or alternatively contact support directly hopefully they can resolve your challenges.
