No connects refunded

A job got cancelled today. I sent the proposal for 8 connects and bid at 9 connects. When the job got cancelled I only got refunded 1 connect. Why not 8 connects?

Hi Royda,

I took a closer look at the job and confirmed that the Connects used were credited back to your account accordingly. You may validate this by going to your Connects History page.
