Hello everyone,

I'm interested in starting an agency on Upwork and have a few questions. I hope someone can help clarify these points for me:

1. Exclusive Agent Reviews:

   • If I add an exclusive agent to my agency, do the reviews show up on both the agency account and the agent's personal profile?
   • What happens to the reviews if the agent leaves the agency?

2. Non-Exclusive Agents' Reviews:

   • How do reviews work for non-exclusive agents?
   • Do their reviews also appear on both the agency and their personal profile?

3. Reviews and Agency Closure:

   • If I temporarily close my agency and stop making monthly payments, will I lose the reviews we've earned?

4. Hiring Across Countries:

   • My agency is based in the US. If I hire someone from a different country, can they still bid on US-only projects?

5. Connects Cost and Limits:

   • How much do connects cost, and does the cost vary depending on the location and project type?
   • Is there a limit to how many connects I can purchase per month?
