Replca my badgr from "Top Rated Plus" to "Top Rated"

Hello! I am currently holding the Top Rated Plus badge, but I am interested in switching to the Top Rated badge. I have been experiencing a lull in job opportunities and it seems that my proposals are not being viewed by potential clients. I believe that the Top Rated badge would better suit my needs at this time.
