Requesting For Refund But The Contact Is Closed

Hi,

I contacted one of the freelancers for a contract. I made the payment but due to some problem, I withdrew the contract. I was requesting a refund.

I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible.

It's a request, please "Do Not Delete This Post". 

Kindly find attached the screenshot of the contract and payment details.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and it looks like refund is already initiated from our end. You can find more information on your Transaction History page. You should receive funds within 5 business days on your bank account.  Please let us know if after 8 business days the funds are still not reflected in your account so we can initiate a trace for you.
