Specialties - Not able to select my industry

I'm creating a specialty in Management Consulting. On the Create a Specialized Profile page, I have the following categories:

1.) Industry

2.) Management Consulting Focus

3.)  Management Consulting Deliverables

4.) Managment Consulting Functions

5.) Other Skills

Under each of these categories, there are several options to choose from. My issue is that under each of the following categories, there is an option listed that I cannot choose. These are:

1.) Industry:  I cannot select Supply Chain & Logistics

2.) Management Consulting: I cannot select Organizational Design & Effectiveness and Research & Strategy

3.) Management Consulting Deliverables: I cannot select Organization Plan

4.) Management Consulting Functions: I cannot select Mergerss & Acquisitions
