Unable to upload Id proof

Hello Team,

I am trying to attach my Id proof and i.e Pan Card. and I am unable to upload it because for pan Card there is a column for yyyy-dd-mm. But as we know that for pan there is no expiry date.

Can you please let me know what should I do now ? I have attached a screenshot as well. Kindly review it.
