Unrecognized charge

I have received unrecognized charges on my credit card statement. I tried to find a way to contact support, but I cannot find a way to speak to someone anywhere on the Upwork website. The chatbot asks me to go to a page and click on contact, which is not an option offered. 


How can we speak to a human being??
