Wise payment issue - did not receive money

Hi Upwork,

 

Last week on April 9, I withdrawaled $270 to my bank account using Wise transfer (ID 684287402). Some days ago, I contacted the bank and they said that the name in the invoice missmatch with my name so they declined the transaction and send back the money to Upwork. But up to now, I did not receive the money back to my Upwork account.

 

Can you please check why and let me know how to fix it?

Depending on the financial institution, it will take 5 or more days.

Thank you for your reply. Up to now, it is already 11 days (9 bussiness days) and I did not get the money back to my account. Can you please help to check?
