i am not able to add new payment method

So I have changed my legal name and then I have changed my bank information. on my Upwork profile, my name has changed but the financial account name is still the same and when I am trying to add the bank information to my profile it says Your payment account name does not match your name on Upwork, so how can I solve this problem, please help me
