unable to download desktop app

My desktop app was not working (keeps showing connection lost even if I had strong internet connection) and sometimes it was lagging. I tried everthing (opening it closing it ) but problem persisted then I uninstalled the app even I had some logged time which was not upload to the Upwork servers I lost that work too. I tried to download the desktop app again but it does even show app architecture (32bit or 64bit) so I am unable to download the app.

I tried clearing cache of my browser and logged out and logged in again but nothing fixed the problem.
